1. Choose a fundraising product

Select a product range from our catalogue. We have a large range of products to choose from including Frozen Cookie Dough & Croissants, Pies & Savouries, Asian Dumplings & Buns, Chocolates, Popcorn, Sunscreen and more.

2. We build your fundraising website

The Go Raise It team will build your fundraising website for you. This will include your logo and your fundraising “why” messaging so your supporters know how their purchase will help you.

 

3. Launch your fundraiser

Use our guides and communications templates to launch and communicate about your fundraiser with your community. We even provide personalised social media images and posters with QR Codes to your fundraising website.

4. Fundraisers sign up and share their pages

Your members/students can set up their own pages on the website to sell from allowing you to track who sold what (we even provide a profit sharing report at the end if you wish to split your profits amongst your members based on sales).

Orders and payments are captured online and managed by Go Raise It.

5. Live totals and sales tracking

Your website will display live totals showing how much you have sold. 

You can even add prizes for top fundraisers or top teams/classes and use our leaderboards to track.

6. We handle the ordering and dispatch

At the end of your fundraiser we place the orders with suppliers and handle the logistics of getting all your products to you for your pick up day.

7. Sales Reports & Pick Up Day

We provide easy to use reports to help you run your pick up day and get the right products to the right fundraisers.

Our reports are designed to make the day easy – NO complicated exports or spreadsheets involved!

8. Fundraisers distribute to their supporters

We also send reports to all your fundraisers telling them exactly who purchased what from their page. They then handle getting those items to their supporters.

9. Bank your profits

Go Raise It pay our your profits to your bank account within 7-10 business days of your fundraiser completion date.


How do profits work with product fundraising?

THERE ARE NO UPFRONT COSTS WITH ANY OF OUR PRODUCT FUNDRAISERS.

OUR FUNDRAISERS RETURN BETWEEN 20 – 30% OF THE RETAIL SALES PRICE TO THE SCHOOL/CLUB RUNNING THE FUNDRAISER.

Our fees for our Product Fundraisers are built into the pricing of the products we have available for sale. We offer a range of product fundraisers to choose from. 

You will receive the profit per unit as shown on the individual pricing sheets for these products in our info pack (less a small admin/delivery fee for smaller fundraisers – this is documented in the info pack).

Optional Supporter Top Up Fee – Once your supporters have decided to support you and purchase items from your fundraiser, we ask them to assist with processing costs (this is optional and they can opt out if they wish). Go Raise It uses this money towards credit card processing and platform fees. This is completely optional for your supporters – Go Raise It take’s the risk on this one – if no one opts to pay this then we foot the bill from our fees shown above. We have built this into our model to make it super simple for schools and clubs fundraising with us so there is no need to worry about whether you will have a processing fee to pay at the end of the fundraiser.
