Belmont School
Obstacle Dash Fundraiser
FUNDRAISING CASE STUDY
Belmont School partnered with Go Raise It to deliver their 2025 Obstacle Dash fundraiser, achieving an impressive $22,452.33 in donations received. The event brought the whole school together in a high-energy day of physical activity, fun challenges, and friendly house competition. Students attacked the obstacle course in waves, completing as many laps as they could in 20 minutes, creating a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere across the school grounds.
The Go Raise It online platform made it simple for both local and overseas supporters to contribute, and the school appreciated how easy it was for families to set up and share fundraising pages. With minimal costs, excellent engagement, and strong community involvement, the Obstacle Dash delivered an outstanding result for Belmont School.

- Friendly competition – The house competition played a major role in boosting motivation and participation.
- Wave-based racing – Sending students through the course in waves created manageable flow and maintained the fun, high-energy environment.
- Simple, cost-free incentives – Movie afternoons, long lunch breaks, mufti days, and ice blocks were hugely popular and easy to implement.

Prizes
Belmont School kept prizes simple, fun, and very low-cost, yet highly motivating for students. Rewards included:
