Fundraising Suppliers & Wholesalers
Become a fundraising supplier. Run your wholesale fundraising customers on our platform — automatic orders, dispatch tracking and commission statements.
Run your fundraising on our platform. Your products, your pricing, your revenue.
Go Raise It is a fundraising platform for suppliers and wholesalers selling products through schools, clubs and community groups. It handles the orders, the seller pages, the reporting and the payouts.
You set your own prices, your own commission and your own delivery terms, and the money lands in your Stripe account — you pay the group's commission at the end. One platform fee of 5% + GST on each sale — pass it on to purchasers or build it into your pricing, your call.
Two ways to use it
Bring your own fundraisers
Already a fundraising supplier? If you run product fundraisers with schools, clubs, sports teams or community groups, move them onto the platform and the order forms, spreadsheets and phone calls go away. Your products, your pricing, your terms — the platform just runs the machinery.
List in our catalogue
Become a listed fundraising supplier. Groups across New Zealand already on the platform can find your products and book a fundraiser directly. You set the commission, the delivery regions and the dates that suit your production run.
Most suppliers do both.
Every member sells, not just the group
If you sell products for fundraising, your volume depends on how far a campaign reaches. A single order page reaches the people on one mailing list. On the platform, every student, player or member gets their own fundraising page and a link to share with their own family, neighbours and workmates. The same campaign reaches a much wider circle, and that shows up in your order volume.

How do I get set up on the platform?
Tell us what you want to offer
Get in touch and tell us about the fundraisers you'd like to run and the products behind them.
We set you up
Once you're approved we create your company on the platform and load and configure your products for you. You don't build anything.
Connect your Stripe account
Link your own Stripe account to your Go Raise It profile. That's where every sale lands.
You go live
Your fundraiser is listed in our online catalogue, and you can link to your own version of that catalogue from your website.
What happens once you're live?
A group books your fundraiser
Add an approval step so every request comes to you first, or auto-approve and let them get straight into it.
They sell your products
On their own online fundraising website, with a page and link for every seller.
The money lands in your Stripe account
Less our platform fee, which you can choose to pass on to purchasers if you'd rather not absorb it.
You track sales as they happen
Live totals, daily sales and order counts across every campaign you have running.
The fundraiser closes on a set date
Let the group choose, or always close on a particular day of the week to suit your own production and dispatch runs.
The final order appears automatically
Totalled by product against your own SKUs, on your dashboard, the moment the campaign closes.
So does the commission statement
Total sales, commission rate and the amount payable, with the group's bank details and supporting document attached.
The work queue tells you what's next
Exactly what needs doing and for whom — what to dispatch, who to pay, which requests are waiting.
What you get
- One consolidated order, produced automatically
The moment a campaign closes, every order is totalled by product against your own SKUs, ready to pick and pack. Nothing to request, no spreadsheets, no retyping. - A dispatch queue
Every campaign that's closed and needs sending, with the delivery date, ship-to address and contact in one place. - Commission statements with bank details attached
Produced automatically at close: total sales, commission rate, amount payable. The group enters its own account details and uploads a supporting bank document, so you can check the two match and pay without chasing anyone. - Live sales across every campaign
Daily sales, average order value and totals, in one view. - Individual seller pages
Every student, player or member sells from their own page, so the campaign reaches further. - No cash and no paper forms
Supporters order and pay online.

Easy for the groups too — which matters to you
How easily a group can run their fundraiser affects how much they sell — and how many questions end up with you. All of this comes standard.
- Set up in a few minutes
Choose products, set dates, share the link. No training, no onboarding call. - A page and link for every seller
Students, players or members each get their own page to share, with QR codes for print and in-person selling. - Orders and payments online
No cash to count, no paper order forms, no envelopes going missing. - A pick-up day report
Shows exactly what to hand each seller on collection day, so distribution doesn't fall apart at the last step. - Team leaderboards and profit calculators
Friendly competition while it's running, and a straightforward split at the end if the group needs one. - Platform support
If a fundraiser or a supporter gets stuck using the platform, we handle it. Questions about your products, your pricing or your delivery still come to you.
You stay in control
- Approve or auto-approve
Decide whether campaign requests come to you for approval or go straight through. - Dates that suit your production
Let groups pick their own end date, or publish set dates so closes land when your dispatch runs do. - Delivery or collection, your call
Courier straight to the group's own address, or — for anything frozen, bulk or awkward to ship — set up your own collection points and let the group pick the one that suits them. - Your commission, your pricing
You set the rate and the sell price. It's shown to the group before they book. - Your regions
List only where you deliver or collect, so you're never booked somewhere you can't service. - Admin fee bands you set yourself
A twenty-unit order can cost more to pick, pack and courier than it returns. Build your own bands by campaign value — a fee on the smallest orders, less on the next tier, nothing above the level where a campaign pays for itself.
You hold the revenue
Supporters pay into your Stripe account, not ours. You're not waiting on a platform to pay you, and no money of yours sits in someone else's account.
At the end you pay the group its commission on the terms you published when they booked. The statement, their bank details and their supporting document are all on the dashboard, so there's nothing to chase and nothing to work out.
What it costs
Platform fee of 5% + GST on each sale — and you can choose to pass that on to purchasers or build it into your pricing. No listing fee, no subscription, nothing to pay until a campaign sells something. That's the only fee you pay us.
You also cover Stripe's processing fees on the money you collect — the same as you would on any online sale.
You choose how those costs are covered
Set it per campaign.
Build them into your pricing
Set your sell price to absorb the fees. Purchasers see no extra line at checkout.
Add an optional contribution
Purchasers are asked at checkout whether they'd like to help cover platform and processing costs. Most do. Anything not covered comes out of your margin.
Add it to every order
A contribution is applied to all orders, so the costs are covered whatever the campaign raises.
The option you pick is shown on your listing before a group books, so there are no surprises on either side.
How groups see you
Your listing in the catalogue
Your listing sits in the product fundraising catalogue groups browse when they're choosing what to sell. It shows your products, your prices and the commission a group will earn — so they book knowing exactly what they get, and you get fewer questions.

Common questions
How do we become a fundraising supplier?
Talk to us about your range, your pricing and where you deliver. If it's a fit for schools, clubs and community groups, we'll set your products up in the catalogue and walk you through the portal. There's no listing fee and nothing to pay until a campaign sells something.
Do we need to change how we price or deliver?
No. You set your own prices, your own commission and your own delivery or collection arrangements. The platform works around how you already operate.
Can we control what dates fundraisers book with us?
Yes. You can let groups choose their own close date, or publish set dates so every campaign closes when it suits your production and dispatch runs. If you only pack fundraising orders on the first Monday of the month, you can say so and groups book around it rather than you working around them.
Can we control how they get their products?
Yes. Courier straight to the group's own address, or set up your own collection points and let the group choose the one that suits them. That's the usual answer for anything frozen, bulk or awkward to ship. You can run both, and you set your delivery and collection regions so you're never booked somewhere you can't service.
Can we move our existing fundraisers onto the platform?
Yes — that's the main reason suppliers come to us. Move the groups you already work with onto the platform and the admin goes away. You keep your pricing, your commission rate and your delivery terms exactly as they are.
Who holds the money?
You do. Supporters pay into your Stripe account, and you pay the group its commission at the end of the campaign on the terms you published.
What does it cost?
A platform fee of 5% + GST on each sale — and you choose whether to pass it on to purchasers at checkout or build it into your pricing. You also cover Stripe's processing fees, which you can treat the same way. No listing fee and no subscription, and nothing to pay until a campaign sells something.
Can we limit which groups or regions book us?
Yes. Choose whether campaign requests come to you for approval or go straight through, and set the regions you deliver or collect in. Nothing gets booked that you haven't agreed to service.
Do we need a Stripe account?
Yes — that's where the money lands. Setting one up is straightforward and we'll walk you through it.
Can we see what's selling while a campaign is live?
Yes. Daily sales, order counts and totals across every campaign, updated as orders come in.
