Since the event is simple, it also incurs minimal setup costs. Additionally, by promoting friendly competition with leaderboards and prizes, schools can increase fundraising totals with very little effort.

- The Go Raise It team builds your custom website, which you will use to raise funds so your students can set up their own fundraising pages to collect sponsorship for their efforts.
- We build a fundraising plan for your event, marking out key dates and things you need to do.
- Launch your colour run fundraising website to your students and have them sign up to fundraise. You can set a fundraising goal and include a target, or leave that till closer to the end of your fundraiser once you see how successful your fundraiser is. Yes, volunteers are essential to making your school fun run a success. While Go Raise It provides full support with our event guides and the online platform, organising the event itself is up to the school. You’ll need a team of volunteers to assist on the day with tasks such as setting up the course, managing registration, handing out water and colour powder, and ensuring the safety of participants. We recommend recruiting parents, teachers, and community members to help everything run smoothly on event day.

We don’t include the colour powder in our fee – we keep our fees low so schools can choose how they cover things like colour powder and prizes – this could be business sponsorship or choosing to spend some profits. We can however source it for you starting from $2.50 per runner – this is for a generous 200g of colour powder which is DOUBLE what most providers include when including this inside their overall fee. So … you don’t have to worry about the hassle of sourcing it – your Go Raise It campaign manager can sort that for you and we will just take the final cost out of your final funds raised.
